Robinsonville, New Brunswick
Two Brooks Club was established in 2014 and the fishing camp was built around 1912. Two Brooks is located on the picturesque Upsalquitch River. The lodge has six bedrooms and bathrooms ensuite, and spacious living and dining rooms. It is connected by a walkway to the kitchen and staff quarters. Various tool sheds, ice house and generator plant make up the balance of structures on the property.
Two Brooks was owned by the Edgar Cullman Sr. and Joseph Cullman III families who purchased it from Ted Bensinger from Chicago. The fishing rights are leased from the government and every 10 years those rights are put up for auction. There are approximately 16 salmon pools and depending upon the height of the water some are more productive than others. There are 3 canoes serving these waters with two anglers in each canoe making the full complement of 6 rods permitted under the lease.
While Two Brooks has always been a live-release camp, this year New Brunwsick licenses now require all hooked fish to be released and the angler must use a single barbless hook.
